Thursday, February 27

   • Harpscan done at 12:43pm. [1]
   • Good production afternoon-7 pm
   • tripy beam 7:00pm - 9:30pm: beam tripping off tagger BLM. Asked to shift 5C11B x position from -0.5 to -0.75.[2]
   • No beam 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
2. Reports/Issues
   • Gluon05 monitors
   • DIRC root_spy monitoring plot
   • DIRC LV regulation issue: [3] [4]
     • Conclusion: adding LV regulation to the DIRC todo list.
   • Transmission issue
3. Run Plan
   • No beam 8am-10am , Hall B beam restoration software reset.
   • Production
   • Starting with a special HARP scan requested by Hovanes: hall A on at 150nA, 350nA for us, use Tagger_Electron_Left_Halo for analyzing.

Friday, February 28

2. Beam stability
   • Harp and Collimator scan (before :11:30am). Convergence Collimator scan
   • Request to change collomator position by Hovanes at 4:30pm [5]
   • Production till 11pm with 350nA, then 250nA
   • No beam overnight

   • Rate and ratios
   • root_spy crashes when started on Gluon03: [6] [7]
   • DIRC temperature/communication error [8]
   • Monitoring issue: Low phi,rho,omega yields FCAL timing difference for run 71933 and 71934

Monday, March 2

1. Weekend running
   • last owl
   • Smooth running. 5B triggers per day. Beam trip reduction: 21 trips/hour Friday swing - 10 trips/hour owl Monday.
   • AD00 study successful (contributing to 45/51 trips)

2. Reports/Issues

   • root_spy crashes on gluon machines and DIRC plots aren't there.
   • Monitoring issue resolved after RCDB timestamp change.
     • New sets of reference plots needed for high luminosity

Tuesday, March 3

   • Beam: 3 hours in day shift; 2 hours in swing shift; 2.5 hours in owl shift.
   • Personel change and support.
2. Reports/Issues
   • Monitoring issue is not yet fixed, waiting on Sean's new calibration. Then timestamp change on RCDB.
   • Gluon05 is operating on single monitor. Require Sergey's attention.
   • DIRC occupancy plot discrepancy: [9]
   • Rate and transmission monitoring [10]
   • DIRC LED trigger stability Monitoring [11]
3. Run Plan
   • Hall work with Radcon support
     • Collimator cave (Keith), observation and verification only.
     • Collecting DIRC water sample (Keith).
   • Beam study tomorrow 9-4pm. Beam restoration at 3pm.
   • Starting with a Harp scan

Wednesday, March 4

1. Last 24 hours
   • 10 hours of beam in total: 2.5 hours with Cris in swing; 7 hours with Tolga in owl.
   • Beam Convergence[12].
   • Hall work completed: FCal bases replaced and DIRC water collected.
2. Reports/Issues
   • Monitoring issue is not yet fixed, waiting on Sean's new calibration. Then timestamp change on RCDB. Sean called for volunteer for monitoring.
   • Gluon05 is operating on 0-1 monitor. Require Sergey's attention.
   • Tagger field drift on Sunday: current tagger field
   • BCal LED pulser restarted: [13]
   • DIRC per pi+ track: [14]
   • Hall Camera? What is the best way to get to it? Gluon03 cant get to the cameras.
