• Preparation of parts for ECAL modules -- Sasha
  • Crystals:

    - Received all crystals from CRYTUR [1].

    - Spare crystals

  • Received all long signal cables from the first order (1200). Received 450 short signal cables [2]
  • Procurement parts for the LMS:

    - Waiting for 7,600 ft of optical fibers (August/September)

• Module fabrication -- Sasha
  • All modules have been fabricated, proceed with the final inventorization (about 1610 modules in total)
• Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
  • Visual inspections of fabricated modules [3] - done
  • Prepare to move modules into Hall D [4]
  • Tested, labeled, and bundled (53 bundlesout of 100) [5] of signal cables connected from the flash ADC to the patch panel [6]
  • Removing signal cables from the FCAL and rearranging signal cables in the hall [7] Rearranging_FCAL_cables - done

    - 400 signal cables were removed,re-labeled and bundled

    - all cables have been re-arranged, two VXS crates can be removed (will be used by the ECAL)

    - install two flash ADCs

  • Cutting optical fibers and gluing plastic caps [8]
