Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha

- - HV short cables: received, checked, labeled (last week)

- - HV distribution boards: in preparation
- - LV cables: 100 cables received, 500 cables in total
- - LV distribution boards [2]. Have to populate with connectors, and design a box around the PCB
Ongoing projects -- Sasha / Vlad / Hakob / Laveen
- - Tested and labeled all HV cables ! and about 100 LV cables
- - Bundling short cables (groups of 7, 7, and 6)
  - finished: LV - 7 layers, HV - 17 layers, signal - 4 layers
Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad / George
- - Testing procedure [3]
- - About 1400 dividers have been fabricated (Chris, Armen, Mindy)
- - Started removing power regulators on the newly fabricated dividers
- - George has tested 54 dividers (919 have been tested in total) [4].
Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad / Hakob / Laveen

- Installation of the LMS
