Meeting time and location:

Agenda

  • Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha
    • - signal cables: 1360 short cables, all long cables are ready
    • - signal patch panels are ready [1]
    • - HV cables: 140 short cables (expect to receive most of them in 1-2 weeks), 36 long cables are in production
    • - HV distribution boards: have not yet been ordered (need to check multi-pin connector layout)
    • - LV cables: ordered, lead time unclear
    • - LV distribution boards: have not yet been ordered (need to finalize design, meeting with Chris and Stephanie on Monday next week)
    • - Optical fibers: received all
  • Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
  • Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad
    • - Test setup is ready. About 30 dividers are ready for testing
  • Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad / Hakob
  • Light monitoring system
    • Plastic caps have been glued to all fibers
  • Returning low-quality crystals to SICCAS -- Sasha
    • 11 crystals were wrapped and placed into the box; they are ready for shipment to SICCAS [9]
