   Measure the light output for cosmic muons with the first
   prototype SiPMT arrays and verify it is above 20 photo electrons.

• • Tagger:

   Develop a fabrication technique to build a prototype of the tagger
   microscope and couple it to a SiPMT.

• • Electronics:

   Auxiliary electronics prototyping: Report summarizing the concept
   and prototyping of the clock distribution. The jitter of the clock should
   be below 50ps

• • FADC:

   Complete fabrication and testing of prototype v1 of the
   master trigger module and collect signals from 2 energy sum modules in
   parallel at 2.5 Gbits/sec

• • FDC:

   Develop the fabrication technique for winding full-scale wire planes of the Forward Drift Chambers.
   Verify the wire placement is in +/- 50u.
   Deadline for DOE: 30-Sep-08

• • UPV:

  need a solution till end of February, which needs to be summarized in a CR to the project management.
  The current situation with no progress, for a good reason will impact soon our performance reporting and trigger variance reports.
