- All short HV cables have arrived and have been tested and labeled
- Fabrication of long HV cables with Radiall connectors ongoing (18 out of 36)
- Short LV cables continue to arrive, current inventory has been checked and labeled
- Still need 250 PMT dividers; 865 have been tested
- LMS installation ongoing at ~80 fibers/day; 1053 installed
- Power has finally been installed for ECAL racks
- Waiting for ethernet connection; parts for patch panel for trigger on order
- Laveen to start working on software/xml specification for geometry
- Igal working with Daniel L.: machine learning tools/framework
- Phil will provide a master's student to work with Igal
- Calibration discussion
- Plan is to install layers of PMT dividers, make light tight and start checking row-by-row using LMS
- Voltage calibration curves, use results from 5x5 prototype for guidance in setting HV
- Set up self-trigger, look for cosmics
- Might also set up scintillator paddles for triggering
- Then with beam: Compton + pi0 events, study with MC first
