Meeting time and location:
- 9:30 am EST (JLab time) remote only
- Connection information
Agenda
- Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha
- - signal cables - done
- - signal patch panel [1] - done
- - HV cables: received 1280 in total
- - HV distribution boards: in preparation
- - LV cables: Received 48 cables during this week
- - LV distribution boards. Received 4 boards, performed initial cehck, need to solder connectors [2]
- - Optical fibers and parts for the trigger/DAQ have been ordered
- Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
- - Testing and labeling cables [3], 120 short HV cables testes and labeled during this week.
- - Prepare modules for the TAC and prototypes (using crystals with some imperfections)
- - Preparation of the LMS
- - Need to glue Al flange to the optical fiber
- - Ready for installation [6]
- - Radiation tests of the PMT active base [7]
- Finished tests, working on the tech note
- - Inventory database and GUI for installed electronics
- - Summer Students (2023)
- Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad / Aoran
- Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad / Hakob
- Detector installation [10][11][12]
- Installation of the LMS
- Started yesterday (after long delay) [13]
- Had to obtain trainings for operating scissor lift (operation without training violates safety rules) (revealed some issues with the lift when inspected by Joe Thomas)
- Cable and divider installation
- Started yesterday, making a decision how to stretch them [14]
- Still no power on the ECAL platform (expect delay with the development of the trigger/DAQ)
- Detector installation page
