Meeting time and location:

Agenda

  • Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha
    • - signal cables - done
    • - signal patch panel [1] - done
    • - HV cables: received 165 cables 1445 in total
    • - HV distribution boards: in preparation
    • - LV cables: 100 cables received, 250 cables in total
    • - LV distribution boards. Received 4 boards, performed initial cehck, need to solder connectors [2]
    • - Optical fibers and parts for the trigger/DAQ have been ordered
  • Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
  • Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad / George
    • - Testing procedure [6]
    • - ePASS submitted and approved
    • - George from the DSG continued testing dividers
    • - Have tested 637 + 134 = 771 dividers (about 100 available for testing) [7].
    • - Spare PMTs, have about 20, likely need more for the future (order 30 more )?
  • Installation of the FCAL2 detector & integration to GlueX -- Sasha / Vlad
    • Detector installation [8][9][10]
    • Installation of the LMS
      • 175 fibers installed during this week (488 in total) [11] [12]
    • Cable and divider installation [13][14][15]
    • Still no power on the ECAL platform (expect delay with the development of the trigger/DAQ)
    • Detector installation page
  • Analysis/Simulation
