• Preparation of parts for ECAL -- Sasha
  • - signal cables: all cables are ready. 240 have been labeled during this week.
  • - signal patch panels are ready [1]
  • - HV cables: 140 short cables (expect to receive most of them in 1-2 weeks), 36 long cables are in production
  • - HV distribution boards: check HV distribution boards during this week. Chris is finalizing design of the distribution board, should order 4 boards soon.
  • - LV cables: ordered, lead time unclear
  • - LV distribution boards: met with Chris and Stephanie on Monday last week. The design of the LV distribution board has been fixed.
  • - Optical fibers: received all
• Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
  • - Tested and labeled ~240 short signal cables (Recently labeled cables in boxes)
  • - Prepare modules for the TAC and prototypes (using crystals with some imperfections) [2]
  • - Polished about 80 fiber plastic caps

• Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad
